ABC’s “The Rookie” Star Melissa O’Neil is big on mental health and the overall journey of life and we love that about her!!
She recently took to Instagram to share her recent journey.
She shared:
“Namaskaram Sadhguru.
Sometimes as you journey on the path seeking truth— not knowing what it is exactly that you are looking for – only that it is worth your heart, effort and attention – you gather pieces that ring that bell of truth in you. Pieces that stand up to your skeptical mind and after that gate, touch your heart and expand out to set roots in your faculties of orientation.
This weekend I sat with 5000 other seekers as we completed the @inner_engineering program with @sadhguru. As it is now – this is the last time he will be offering the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya in person. What a weekend.

My dear sister and I moved through the seven 90min online lectures together during her visit and I cannot say enough about his Clarity, Logic, Joyfulness, and the Love that he embodies… Sitting with him in person this weekend is something I’m still unfolding. Feeling waves of joyful appreciation for all that was shared, the tools offered, and the mountain ranges of inspiration. His inclusive heart!!! I cannot say enough.

John Nolan (Fillion) is a middle-aged divorced man from Pennsylvania who owns a construction company.
